Daniel Tyler Holt
Daniel Holt is the Founder and Principal of Holt Investment Partners, an independent investment advisory firm based in Newport Beach, California.
A native of Balboa Island, Daniel has a deep appreciation for the local community and the culture it reflects.
Upon earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado, Daniel began his career as a catastrophe insurance adjuster. His experience centered on large-loss claims, requiring disciplined judgment and decision making in high-pressure, emotionally charged situations across the United States. He later moved into a financial advisory role within a national boutique advisory, where he developed a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to portfolio construction, planning, and client service.
Over time, Daniel recognized an opportunity to build an independent firm designed around clarity, alignment, and sound judgment. He founded Holt Investment Partners to provide structured guidance, disciplined risk management, and advice unencumbered by product or platform constraints. Daniel is committed to helping clients navigate changing conditions with confidence and consistency.

Grace Gardiner
Grace oversees client experience at Holt Investment Partners, supporting the day-to-day coordination, communication, and organizational detail that allow the firm to serve clients thoughtfully and efficiently.
Extremely detail-oriented by nature, Grace brings a high level of care and precision to her work. She takes pride in creating a smooth, responsive experience for clients and enjoys being a reliable point of contact throughout the relationship. Her dedication and strong work ethic reflect a genuine commitment to helping others and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Grace has a deep appreciation for different cultures, shaped by time spent traveling overseas. Those experiences have influenced her perspective, empathy, and ability to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds. She values clear communication, follow-through, and treating every interaction with respect and attentiveness.
